What are Genital Warts?

In Which Areas of the Body Are Genital Warts Seen?

Genital warts are most commonly seen in the genital area, but they can also occur in other areas of the body. In women, the vagina, vulva, cervix, anal area, and groin are the most common areas where warts are seen. In men, the penis, scrotum, anal area, and groin are among the areas where genital warts can develop. How Are Genital Warts Treated?

• Laser Treatment : Laser treatment destroys warts with high-intensity beams. This method is usually preferred for large or deep warts. Laser treatment can help completely remove warts by targeting the infected tissue.
• Surgical Intervention : In cases where genital warts are large or do not respond to other treatment methods, surgical removal of the warts may be necessary. This procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia.
• Electrosurgery (Electrocautery) : This is the process of burning warts using electric current. This method is generally preferred for large or frequently recurring warts.

Genital Wart Treatment with Laser

Laser treatment is particularly successful in the treatment of deep and widespread warts.
